Body Building Competition for Abs

We saw a poster at the gym that they are doing a body building competition and the winner will get six months of free membership.  We had to find out how to get a six pack fast so we could compete.  That seems like plenty of time to at least get a good chisel if not the perfect six pack.  Even if me and my buddies do not win, we will be well on our way to that abdomen that we are working for.  This sure gives us the incentive to continue.  Apparently, the gym has this contest every couple of months so we have some time to perfect our bodies.
