I heard how these could help me, but I did not believe it. Then I decided to try them and I was excited to see that they did work. I think it makes a huge difference if you are able to hit the ground right, and you have the right shoes on. Now I will only wear the vans skateboard shoes, because I want to be able to perform at my top level. I used to be just satisfied with a half way decent style, but now that I have seen and felt the difference I will not go back. It is great.
