Food and Wine Reason Alone to Visit Spain

I am a great lover of Spain for many reasons, but two of the greatest reasons to love it are its outstanding foods and wines. While they boast many wonderful vineyards, I think the Catalunya Wine region is often underrated or overlooked. Boasting 200 wineries and many different varieties, they have some of the best vintages in the country, as far as my humble palate is concerned. And to go with my vino, I have yet to have a dish while in any part of Spain that I would not eat again and again. Give me a beautiful yellow plate of seafood paella and a nice white wine and I can die a happy woman!
