Mom Is Having migraine headaches

My mom has been really giving all of us children a reason to be concerned about her lately.  The thing is that my mom has always been the picture of good health, and total vitality.  We always have thought that mom more or less outdoes all of us, who are a good thirty to forty years her juniors!  Mom exercises every day, with a three mile walk at a big lake nearby.  However, her migraine headaches have lately prevented her from doing that.  In fact, she has stayed in bed with the shades drawn and seems so miserable.  I am trying to find a way to help her.
