Hit It In The Morning

I like to get a workout in when it is still early in the morning and the day is fresh and I am too.  When the day is still new you are still fresh and it is the best time of the day.  I like to head to the gym right after breakfast if I can. That means getting up super early. But by the time I get there and Im in my first working set Im Warmed up and feeling it. I will do my ab training by them selves an a seperate day alot of the time. It seems to work great.
