We are Renting this Place and We Love It

This home was perfect to invest in. The three bedrooms and two baths home was on a corner lot, and we loved it. We knew that a family would enjoy living here, because it is so close to the park. It was at that time that we decided to purchase it for rental income. The smsf loans worked out great for us. I love that everything has come together, and that this family is enjoying it. We are building wealth for the future and that feels great; this is great way to take stock in the future. We are happy about the way things are going.
